Returns
You have a 14 day return window, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund on their end.
